e-Premium (Hosted Solution)

The advantage is that you always have access to your information through an internet connection. This means that you don't need to install or take regular backups of the software. You pay according to your usage (pay per use).

Explanation of the drawing:

Bookings are collected through various options (registered readers, check out systems, PC, terminals,…). Those are forwarded through your firewall on the Internet to our server via two separated firewalls. This datacentre is backed up. In addition, there is a shadow server that communicates with the other two servers (our server and the back-up server). In other words, your data is secure at three different locations.
